You can only check every photo of what someone uploaded and tagged on, despite their personal privacy settings, if you set Facebook's language to English (US) and you start to search "Photos of"; "Liked by",etc. which is quite shocking for a non-American like me... But others can't really see if you checked their profile... ...right?
